ICAA Toolbox Talks VIDEO
A toolbox talk can be the focus of a short safety meeting conducted for a particular jobsite. The goal of the toolbox talk is to address job-specific safety issues that could cause accidents and/or injury. The topics must be suitable for the job and conditions. For example, ladder safety would be inappropriate for a job that is using scaffolds.
